Ordering Policies

We regret that, due to the gasoline surcharges being charged by shipping companies (including UPS), we must institute a $2 handling fee on all orders. There is still no minimum order. Rainbow Meadow reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

**Orders placed by 5 p.m. either through our toll free phone number or online shopping cart will usually ship the next business day although we reserve the right to ship on the 2nd business day if necessary. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Thursday through the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday.**

Note: UPS charges a $5 handling charge for 5 gallon pails and this price, while not included in the online shipping quote, will be added on at time of shipment. To figure shipping cost when ordering 5 gallon buckets, simply add $5 for every 5 gallon bucket ordered to the quoted shopping cart shipping price.

Returns:
Rainbow Meadow Inc. sells wholesale and all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of product to our customers. Please call for samples before purchasing. Defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with identical item. Call for return authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Items returned without authorization number will be refused.
Note: Once authorization number is given, item must be returned with 7 business days. After that time the product will no longer be accepted and sale is considered final.

Out of Stock Items: We do not backorder. Rainbow Meadow carries a permanent stock of all our products but occasionally we do run out of something. If we know the item is due in within a day or so, we will call to ask if you'd like us to hold the order until it is complete. If the status of the item is unknown due to delays in customs, weather, etc. the order will be shipped without the item and the total adjusted accordingly.

Shipping Options:

UPS*: Orders inside the continental U.S. are shipped FOB Jackson, MI,, via UPS ground-trac unless otherwise indicated. Faster shipping is available for an additional charge.
U.S. Postal Service: Orders originating outside the continental U.S. are shipped U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail. Canadian orders are shipped via Air Parcel Post. All other Foreign orders are shipped via International Express Mail. Customer is responsible for any duties or GST.
Federal Express: Daily pickup. Customer is responsible for any duties or GST on foreign orders.

*If customer gives an incorrect address/zip code or reroutes a package from its original destination, customer assumes the $5 UPS charge for the correction and agrees that Rainbow Meadow Inc. may charge this fee to their credit card.

Payment Options:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Order will ship within 24-48 hours.
Money Order: All payments in U.S. Funds. Order will be held for 10 days to allow time for payment to arrive. Prepay orders must call ahead to get a total with shipping.
Telechek: Please have a check and form of ID ready when you call (Drivers License or Social Security #). Order will ship within 24-48 hours.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged for Michigan residents at a 6% rate unless we have a valid vendor’s license on file.

Damage Claims:
Inspect all packages at time of acceptance. All damaged, defective or missing item claims must be reported by the next business day after acceptance of package. After that time, the customer accepts responsibility and will not hold Rainbow Meadow liable.

Disclaimer:
While we do our best to offer you only the highest quality oils available, Rainbow Meadow Inc. does not guarantee that any oil will be consistent in scent from one batch to another. These are natural oils as they come directly from the distiller with no adulteration or dilution to make them more acceptable to the nose so oils may vary slightly from previous batches.

In the event of loss or damage, Rainbow Meadow will only be liable for the actual cost and/or replacement of the merchandise.
