Orders placed by 3 p.m. either through our toll free phone number or online shopping cart will usually ship the next business day although we reserve the right to ship on the 2nd business day if necessary. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Thursday through the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday.**
Returns
Rainbow Meadow Inc. sells wholesale and all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of product to our customers. Please call for samples before purchasing. Defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with identical item. Call for return authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Items returned without authorization number will be refused.
Note: Once authorization number is given, item must be returned with 7 business days. After that time the product will be refused and sale is considered final.
Out of Stock Items
We do not backorder. Rainbow Meadow carries a permanent stock of all our products but occasionally we do run out of something. If we know the item is due in within 2-3 days, we will hold your order (unless told otherwise) until that item comes in. If the status of the item is unknown due to delays in customs, weather, etc. the order will be shipped without the item and the total adjusted accordingly.
Shipping Options
Note: Sometimes we need to repackage product in two boxes due to the size of the order. Rainbow Meadow reserves the right to package as needed and adjust the shipping up or down as needed.
UPS: UPS: Orders inside the continental U.S. are shipped FOB Jackson, MI,, via UPS ground-trac.
• UPS charges a $10 fee for incorrect addresses/zip codes or if customer reroutes the package to a different destination. Leaving off apartment/suite numbers or the St/Rd/Ave/Blvd designation is also considered a wrong address. Customer assumes this charge for the correction and agrees that Rainbow Meadow Inc. may charge this fee to their credit card along with any other fees UPS may charge in the event they must return the package to us. If a customer refuses a package and it is returned to Rainbow Meadow, customer is still responsible for original shipping charge, the UPS shipping charge to return it to us plus a 20% restocking fee.
• UPS charges a $8.00 handling charge for 5 gallon pails and this price, while not included in the online shipping quote, will be added on at time of shipment. To figure shipping cost when ordering 5 gallon buckets, simply add $8.00 for every 5 gallon bucket ordered to the quoted shopping cart shipping price.
• If customer gives an incorrect address/zip code or reroutes a package from its original destination, customer assumes the $8.00 UPS charge for the correction and agrees that Rainbow Meadow Inc. may charge this fee to their credit card along with any other fees UPS may charge in the event they must return the package to us. U.S. Postal Service: Due to the flash points of our products and changes in federal air regulations, our oils can no longer be shipped through the postal service.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for Michigan residents at a 6% rate unless we have a valid vendor’s license on file.
Damage Claims
Inspect all packages at time of acceptance. All damaged, defective or missing item claims must be reported by the next business day after acceptance of package. After that time, the customer accepts responsibility and will not hold Rainbow Meadow liable.
Disclaimer
While we do our best to offer you only the highest quality oils available, Rainbow Meadow Inc. does not guarantee that any oil will be consistent in scent from one batch to another. These are natural oils as they come directly from the distiller with no adulteration or dilution to make them more acceptable to the nose so oils may vary slightly from previous batches. We will not take an oil back because it is different from your previous purchases. If this is important to you, please call for a sample of the lot before you purchase.
In the event of loss or damage, Rainbow Meadow will only be liable for the actual cost and/or replacement of the merchandise.
Limited Liability
Under no circumstances shall Rainbow Meadow Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special incident or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use, our products. It is the customers responsibility to test their formulations and abide by current safe use practices when using these products.
Governing Law
Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. The laws of the State of Michigan govern any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein. The Terms and Conditions contained herein will be construed, interpreted and applied exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, excluding conflict of law rules. Legal action with respect to any transaction must be commenced within one year after the cause of action occurs. The provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Michigan shall apply, with no application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
